Children follow our 28-belt system. Adults and Teens follow the traditional 10-Kup grading system through to 1st Dan and beyond.

All of our instructors were students first. Many started in our children's program. They've graded through the same belts your child will. That's why they get it.

From age 4 with our Tigers program. Our Children programs are for 5 to 11yrs. Adults and Teens is 12 and up. No prior experience needed at any level.
Classes are age-separated, structured and run by qualified black belt instructors. Contact sparring is introduced at higher belt levels only, always with appropriate safety equipment.
A full class at the location you choose. No uniform or equipment required. Bring comfortable clothes. You watch the entire class from start to finish.
Progress in Taekwondo is individual, not team-based. There is no group performance and no reliance on others. Shy children tend to settle in their own time. Most parents notice a real shift within the first couple of months.
